  • Do you have a Security Deposit?
    Yes, we charge a security deposit on all units. Our motorhomes have a $1,000 deposit and our trailers have a $500 deposit (delivered). If you are towing one of our campers. We will have a $1,000 Security Deposit. This rule is in place due to our Insurance Deductible. If the camper is damaged when in transport and a claim needs to be filed. The renter is responsible for the Insurance Deductible. The Security Deposit is due at the time of check-in and will be released, barring any damages, within 7 days of the completion of your reservation.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Yes! We will deliver and set up the camper for your stay within 60 Miles of the 48382 Zip Code
  • What is included with the Camper?
    What is included with our Rentals: Bed Linens and Pillows (bring extra if you think you need it) Towels (6 bath and 6 washcloths) Paper Towel (1 roll) RV Toilet Paper (4 rolls) Silverware/Plastic cups and plates (sets of 6) Kitchen Utensils 1 Pot and 2 Pans Mixing Bowl and Colander Cutting Board Keurig Coffee Maker Outdoor Rug Please note that we do not supply coffee, creamer or sugar.   • What is the check in/check out policy?
    The earliest you can pick up the camper is 10:00 am if towing yourself. For Deliveries, we will work with you regarding the drop off time. Typically campgrounds will not allow us to drop the camper prior to their Check-In time. Our Check-Out time for delivered units is 10:00 am unless you have approval from us. If you are Towing the camper. The camper is due back by 1:00 pm EST. You are not required to be present at the time we drop off or pick up the camper. Once the "Departure Form" and "Return Form" have been completed by. We will email you a copy. This form will document any damages that occurred prior and during your stay. If no damages are present, we will process the refund of your Security Deposit. If damage is found on or inside the camper, we will document with a pictures and description on the "Return Form". Your Security Deposit will be held and any damages that exceed the amount of your deposit will then be processed as an Insurance Claim.
  • Can I use my own vehicle to tow an RV from Road 2 Freedom RV?
    The short answer is, yes. However, we will work with you to make sure your vehicle is set up to tow one of our campers. We do require your vehicle to have an Electronic Brake Controller. Insurance is also required to tow one of our campers, and we can help you obtain protection through our commercial policy. The daily insurance rate is based on the value of the camper you are renting. At Road 2 Freedom RV, we prioritize safety and want to ensure that your vehicle is equipped to safely tow our RVs. Our team is here to assist you in the process of setting up your vehicle and obtaining the necessary insurance so that you can have a worry-free and enjoyable RV rental experience.
  • Who makes the reservation at the campground?
    We do not make or manage your campground reservation. We will obtain reservation details from you to ensure the camp site will accommodate the camper and what utilities are offered. In the event the campsite will not accommodate the camper you reserved. We will help you either select a new camper or campsite. Please note the length of the campers, in the "details" section, on the campers webpage. This will help you pick the correct campsite. We will NOT place a camper on a site that is smaller than the unit itself.
  • Who is responsible for insurance?
    You will be required to obtain insurance coverage only if you are towing or driving one of our units. We have a commercial policy with MBA Insurance Co. We can help you with obtaining the proper insurance coverage if your provider will not cover RV/Camper rentals. Rates on insurance can be anywhere from $5 to $35 a day, dependent on the value of the unit. Below is the pricing, per day, if you are going to be purchasing insurance from our commercial insurance provider. If your Auto Insurance will cover the rental, you will need to complete the Insurance Request Form and send it to us prior to your rental. If you return the unit damaged. The security deposit will be held. If the damage is equal to or less than the security deposit, an insurance claim will not be necessary. Your security deposit will be used to fix the damage and you will be refunded the difference. If we need to file an insurance claim, damage greater than $500, you are responsible for the Insurance Deductible. The Deductible on the insurance is $1,000. We will charge the card on file for the remaining $500 to cover the cost of the Deductible. Please open Insurance Information for more detailed information.
  • Do we need a campsite to rent a camper?
    NO! The best part about having a camper/rv is the ability to make home, where you want it. If you are not going to have access to things like water and power. Our campers have "Fresh Water" holding tanks that can be filled up at any time. We also have Generators that are available to rent from us. We are happy to accommodate those looking for additional housing, temporary housing, events and other venues outside of campgrounds.
  • Do you allow pets?
    Dogs only! We absolutely love our furry friends and hope they make the trip with you. We do require a $250 Deposit for each animal. This deposit is held in addition to your Security Deposit.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Renters are entitled to a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 30 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable and you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is cancelled during a grace period, a full refund will be granted minus $25 cancellation fee
  • How to reserve one of your campers?
    We offer online booking right on our website. Simply click the "Book Now" buttons or "Check Availability" button on our website.
